The Eclipse Soulplate is the replacement soulplate developed specifically for the Eclipse aggressive skate platform. Designed as a key component of the skate’s modernized grinding system, this soulplate features a wider and shallower groove profile that improves lock-on performance while reducing the need for excessive knee bend during groove tricks. The result is more controlled ledge grinds, smoother trick execution, and a more natural skating position. Engineered to work seamlessly with the innovative UFS+ setup, the Eclipse Soulplate helps maintain the skate’s exceptionally low ride height while preserving full flat-frame compatibility. Its carefully refined shape supports stable grind performance without compromising rolling efficiency, allowing skaters to transition confidently between technical street tricks, park sessions, and everyday skating. Following the design philosophy of the original Throne, the Eclipse Soulplate also incorporates a layer of soft EVA material between the shell and soulplate interface.
