Why Trinity / 1
3-POINT MOUNTING
A patented mounting system with two front points and one rear point creates the Trinity power triangle.
A patented mounting system with two front points and one rear point creates the Trinity power triangle.
The wider front connection spreads force through three mounting points for stronger support and cleaner energy transfer.
The grooved channel lets wheels sit closer to the foot, improving stability, control and confidence at speed.
Trinity boosts performance, helps absorb vibration and uses X-Slot adjustment to fine-tune frame position under the boot.
TRINITY ECOSYSTEM
A wide range of Trinity boots and frames are made to work together, so you can mix your favorite boot with the wheel setup that fits your style.

TRINITY COLLABORATIONS
Three partner perspectives on why Trinity matters and how this ecosystem keeps growing.
In 2020, we were the first company to launch a small-rockered, 5-wheel frame for the 165 mounting system. Since then, we at NN Skates have continually strived to give the skate community access to our full line of 4- and 5-wheel setups, regardless of the mounting system you prefer.
After successfully rolling out our 165 and UFS frames, only one major system remained: Powerslide's Trinity. We are proud of our partnership with Matthias and the Powerslide team, which began in April 2021, allowing us to complete our lineup, push innovation, and continue growing the global skate community together.
For us, Trinity isn't a trend - it's a proven performance platform. The 3-point interface has built a strong reputation in urban and freeride because it delivers low ride height, solid stiffness, and efficient power transfer, and it's become a system skaters trust worldwide.
On top of that, we've had clear and consistent demand from our community asking for Rockin frames in Trinity. We build for skaters, and when a mounting standard is this mature and users are asking for it, ignoring that demand would go against our brand's nature.
We partnered to bring something genuinely new to the Trinity ecosystem: Endless performance and design. Trinity gave us a robust foundation, and Endless Blading introduced slightly rockered, multi-setup frames that deliver both agility and stability—performance that simply didn't exist in Trinity before.
At the same time, we wanted to raise the bar visually with distinctive aesthetics and premium colors. We hoped to expand what Trinity skaters could experience, both in how their skates felt and how they looked.

TRINITY is POWERSLIDE's patented 3-point mounting system for inline skates. Instead of connecting the frame to the boot with two central mounting points, TRINITY uses two mounting points at the front and one at the rear. This creates a strong and stable triangle under your foot, helping the boot and frame work together as one connected system.
This unique construction allows the wheels to sit closer to the boot, creating a lower center of gravity, better stability, improved power transfer and a more direct skating feel.
The biggest benefits you feel on skates are more stability, more control, and more efficient power transfer. Because TRINITY uses a 3-point connection, forces are spread more evenly and the setup feels more secure under your foot.
In practice, that means smoother rides, stronger pushes, and more confidence in turns, stops and landings.
TRINITY lowers the center of gravity by creating space for the wheels to sit closer to the boot. The two front mounting points are positioned beside the frame rather than directly above the wheels, allowing the frame to be integrated closer to the sole of the skate.
A lower center of gravity helps you feel more stable, more balanced and more in control. This is especially noticeable with larger wheels, where ride height can make a big difference in confidence and performance.
Yes. TRINITY improves power transfer by creating a solid 3-point connection between the boot and frame. This triangular structure helps channel your energy directly from the foot into the frame and wheels, reducing unwanted flex and movement.
For the skater, this means every push feels more efficient. Whether you are accelerating in the city, cruising for fitness or skating long distances, TRINITY helps turn effort into speed, control and momentum.
Yes. TRINITY helps reduce vibration by spreading impact forces across three mounting points instead of two. This helps absorb and distribute road vibration before it reaches your feet, making the ride feel smoother and more comfortable.
Less vibration can also mean less fatigue, especially when skating over rough pavement, city streets, long-distance routes or uneven surfaces. That makes TRINITY a strong choice for skaters who want performance without sacrificing comfort.
X-Slot is POWERSLIDE's frame adjustment system that allows you to shift the frame under the boot in all directions: side-to-side and front-to-back. This gives you more freedom to fine-tune your skate setup and find the frame position that feels best for your body, stance and skating style.
A small frame adjustment can make a big difference. It can help you feel more centered, improve edge control, increase comfort and make your stride feel more natural.
Yes. TRINITY is a great choice for beginners because it helps create a lower, more stable and more controlled skating experience. A lower center of gravity makes it easier to find balance, while the 3-point mounting system gives the skate a secure and supportive feel.
For new skaters, that means more confidence from the first push. TRINITY helps beginners feel connected to their skates instead of feeling high, unstable or disconnected from the ground.
Yes. TRINITY is ideal for urban and freeskating because it gives skaters the control, stability and response needed for city environments. Urban skating demands quick turns, fast stops, jumps, slides, curbs, stairs and constant changes in direction. TRINITY helps the skate react quickly while staying stable under pressure.
The lower ride height also makes big-wheel urban setups feel more manageable, giving you speed without losing control.
Yes. TRINITY is a strong choice for fitness and long-distance skating because it combines efficient power transfer with comfort and stability. The system helps each push feel more direct, while the reduced vibration makes longer sessions more enjoyable.
For fitness skaters, TRINITY delivers a smooth, stable and efficient ride. For long-distance skaters, it helps reduce fatigue and maintain control over changing surfaces.
No. TRINITY works with both 3-wheel and 4-wheel setups. It became especially popular with big-wheel and 3-wheel skates because the lower center of gravity helps make larger wheels feel more stable and easier to control. However, TRINITY also brings clear benefits to 4-wheel setups, including better stability, power transfer, frame adjustment and overall control.
Whether you skate 3x110, 3x125, 4x80, 4x90 or 4x110, TRINITY helps create a responsive and balanced setup.
TRINITY is a 3-point mounting system, while 165 mm is a traditional 2-point standard. TRINITY connects with two front points and one rear point, while 165 mm uses two central bolts spaced 165 mm apart.
The key TRINITY advantages are lower ride height, wider front support, better stability, and more adjustment options. Compatibility is important: standard 165 mm frames do not mount directly on TRINITY boots, and TRINITY frames do not mount directly on 165 mm boots unless a compatible adapter is used.

Not directly. TRINITY frames are designed for TRINITY-compatible boots. If your boot uses a regular 2-point mounting system, a TRINITY frame will not fit unless the boot can be converted with a compatible TRINITY adapter.
POWERSLIDE offers a TRINITY Adaptor for certain skates with a shaped outsole and a 9-13 mm heel pitch. It is not a universal adapter for every boot, so always check compatibility before converting your setup.
